JON SMALL
Jon has 39 years experience as an Estate Agent. His early career started with a large corporate agency after which he worked for a relocation company in central London before starting Valley Homes in 1996.
Jon is still very much ‘hands-on’ and carries out valuations and viewings as well as ensuring Valley Homes meets the needs of its customers. Having worked in the Croydon area for so long his local knowledge of property prices and trends is second to none.
Thanks to his daughter’s keen interest in athletics a few years ago, Jon is now a qualified athletics coach as well as a keen golfer. It is also rumoured that he has one of the largest collections of golfing attire in Sussex and Surrey!
CLIVE HILL
Clive has over 47 years experience, with the majority gained with one large corporate agency serving Coulsdon, Epsom and other towns in Surrey. He joined Valley Homes 10 years ago and as well as carrying out viewings and valuations, also handles a lot of initial enquiries. Clive is really good at matching prospective tenants and buyers with the right property and has a passion for progressing a sale through to its conclusion. This approach is a great advantage for all parties involved.
Clive is an avid gardener so could probably offer up a few tips for your new garden and if you’ve got the time, why not talk to Clive about his new pond.
DAVE THORN
Dave has been working in Estate Agency for 35 years, mainly in Surrey as a regional manager and also in Middlesex. Dave has been with Valley Homes for 10 years and as well as carrying out viewings is fantastic at referencing prospective tenants. His attention to detail (or as Dave puts it, “I’m a realist”.) means our landlords always have properly qualified tenants letting their properties.
If you call the office and Dave is not in, he is probably in the Costa del Sol or drooling over a classic car.
SUE JOHNSON
Sue is a really important part of our team. After many years as a HSBC branch manager, Sue joined Valley Homes 14 years ago. Sue counts the money! She makes sure rents are collected and landlords are paid on time as well as preparing the accounts for our block management customers.
