We will initially provide a Free Market Appraisal of your property where we will discuss marketing with you and your own individual requirements. Depending on suitability of the property and your own requirements, a popular and productive way of selling currently can be with the help of an Open Day or Open Weekend, this can often encourage greater activity and in turn can lead to early offers. If you are interested in this way of marketing, our sales consultant will discuss this with you in more depth on the appraisal.
Once a sale is agreed we also provide a very proactive and experienced sales progression service. A sale can only move as quickly as the slowest person within in it, but regular sales follow ups have often been proven in the past to speed up the process, in some cases by as much as 2/3 weeks. This can prove to be vitally important particularly in these current changing times.
